Alexandre Bettencourt (b.1983, Lisbon, Portugal) graduated from architecture at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, in 2010, and has a post graduation in Design Thinking and Creativity for Business from Insead Business School finished in 2020.

After graduating architecture he started his own ventures, becoming a businessman and later a consultant for other entrepreneurs to create, develop innovative and successful business ideas.

With the rise of the global pandemic, Alexandre had the opportunity to further quest for his creative self, and launch a professional endeavour in the art of photography, video making, and writting, where he can express his unique vision about the world.

Alexandre has been a photographer for over more than 20 years, exploring different themes like wedding, events, sports, architecture & interior design, business & corporate, product, food, lifestyle, portrait, and fashion.

His work expresses the truth that lies in reality with an aesthetic approach based in the classic concepts of art and beauty: "When you start photographing, you stop seeing the world, and start seeing light and movement."
